Our refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Defects caused by wear & tear or washing are not eligible for replacement.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of print on demand services and its associated shipping costs, refunds are not available. Product replacement is available in the event of a defective product. This includes manufacturing defects or bad printing. To be eligible for product replacement, please contact Borgo Boutique at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Please include a photo of the defective product. Note that garments which are the “wrong size” are not considered defective and are ineligible for replacement. Please carefully refer to the sizing chart before placing an order.
